10th & 11th April: Trailer / Trash

Wednesday 11 April 2018

The Quarry Theatre, 26 St Peters Street, Bedford MK40 2NN

2.30pm & 7.30pm

Frankie & Shyanne are the stars of their very own movie, they just don’t know it.

Shyanne was the apple of her daddy’s eye, until her momma went off the rails, daddy disappeared and she figured she could make easy money by dancing in the nude. Frances was “daddy’s little girl” but something inside her was screaming that God had made a mistake and given her the wrong body. That’s when Frances discovered her daddy wanted to kill Frankie. When Fate steps in, Frankie and Shyanne become unlikely friends and their lives are changed forever, finding comfort in each other’s world. For the first time, they make a place they can call “home” – a trailer park, in deepest, darkest Texas. Their differences and struggles are forgotten, and “shame” is a dirty word. The rest of the world thinks they’re “trash”.

Could it be that just around the corner, the good times will roll for them, once and for all, and is that something worth paying the ultimate price for? Will they make their fame and fortune under the bright lights of Las Vegas?

Love. Accept. Believe.
