Bedford Hosts Armed Forces Day – Sunday 26th June 2022
Bedford will once again host Armed Forces and Veterans Day, on Sunday 26th June, from 10am until 4pm. The parade will commence from De Parys Avenue at 10:30am, and will include among others the Army Reserves and Royal British Legion Riders, convening at Merchants Yard, in Riverside.
There will also be static displays from the Poppy Appeal and SAAFA, and in Harpur Square, live entertainment will feature a swing band, singer-comedian Adam Hoffman, and 40’s-themed singer May Blossom. Tilly’s Teas will also be on site to provide some tasty refreshments.
