Easter Bunny Means Business

Bedford Business Improvement District (BID) has been making the most of Easter to bring in new customers to the town centre.

Regional radio advertising, local newspapers and magazines have been heralding the Easter fun which includes a Love Bedford FREE  town trail linked to 15 outlets, as well as many more events all listed on the new look www.lovebedford.co.uk and its associated Love Bedford App

“As well as the free trail which leads to four prizes of £25 worth of Love Bedford vouchers, there is FREE face painting by Heart Radio Angels in the town centre on Saturday 19th April,” said BedfordBID Director Christina Rowe who leads the Love Bedford marketing campaign,

“All people have to do is to stop one of the BedfordBID Bluecap guides and ask for info, or scan their SmartPhone over their QR code badge to find out more about what Bedford has to offer this Easter”.

BedfordBID represents 575 levy-paying businesses in the town centre. All are invited to take part in various campaigns covering different business sectors.

Bedford opening hours are as follows for the Harpur Centre and similar for others such the many independents in the town centre:

Good Friday 9 – 5.30pm

Saturday – as normal

Easter Sunday CLOSED

Easter Monday Bank Holiday opening hours 10-5pm
