Ramp 'n' Roll

Published on 12 April 2018

BedfordBID businesses supported the first Love Bedford Ramp n' Roll on Tuesday 10th April, in association with RollBack World, Church Arcade.

King Ramps were on Harpur Square with a 5ft ramp and professional demonstrations and workshops throughout the day, aimed to introduce children to the skating and an open session for more experienced skaters. King Ramps was set up by ex-pro-skater, Pete King, to help spread the word about skateboarding.

Demonstrations by Trevor Johnson, pro skater, involved in design and testing at new show Revolution, and Daryl Dominguez known for street skating and video skate edits... Both two of the best in Europe.

Plus demos from Jack Clarke, the number 1 pro BMX rider in the U.K, hoping to be 1 of 4 selected for England Olympics in Japan 2020.
