Bedford Town Band

Coming along over the Christmas Lights Switch On weekend, we are delighted to be hosting Bedford Town Band.

Bedford Town Band is a contesting band and takes part in three or four contests annually. It is currently a First Section Band and its members also enjoy concert work. The band is active also around Bedford for events such as Remembrance Day and Christmas carolling.

Bedford Town Band was established in 1894 and is currently a charitable organisation that promotes traditional English brass banding and musical arts, by means of concerts, contests and other related activities.
