Ageing Well Exhibition

The Ageing Well Exhibition 2026, Bedford Borough’s largest wellbeing event for residents aged 50 and over, will take place on Wednesday, 14 October 2026, from 10am to 2.30pm at Bedford Corn Exchange. The free event will bring together 42 local organisations, including health, social care, voluntary and community groups, offering information, advice and activities to help residents stay healthy, active and independent.

Visitors can enjoy taster sessions including music, chair-based exercise and complimentary hand massages, while Bedford Borough Council teams will provide advice on adult social care, healthcare, housing, leisure and household recycling and waste.
