What is Spiral Freerun?
Spiral HQ is a dedicated parkour and freerunning gym located in the heart of Bedford town centre. The space features a fully customisable parkour setup, which is designed and regularly updated by the Spiral team to keep training fresh and engaging.
Spiral Freerun specialises in providing an array of parkour and freerunning services to improve the mental and physical health of its participants, and to promote an inclusive and diverse community.
Spiral Freerun is the only parkour and freerunning organisation located within a 30 mile radius of Bedford and hosts the only Level 2 qualified coaches within a 50 mile radius.
