Bedford 47th Beer & Cider Festival

Bedford Corn Exchange

The 47th CAMRA Bedford Beer & Cider Festival takes place from Wednesday 1st to Saturday 4th October 2025 at the Bedford Corn Exchange, right in the heart of town. This much-loved annual event features over 90 cask ales, a wide range of ciders, foreign beers, mead, and even a modest wine selection. Alongside the drinks, visitors can enjoy live music every evening, adding to the lively festival atmosphere. A variety of food and bar snacks, both hot and cold, will be available in the Howard Room upstairs.

One of the standout features this year is a series of tasting sessions, including beer, mead, and themed styles, hosted by a visiting Beer Sommelier® / Cicerone®. These are ticketed separately and have limited spaces. Entry to the festival costs £5 for non-members and £2 for CAMRA members, payable at the door. The venue is wheelchair accessible and conveniently located, just a 14-minute walk from Bedford railway station, with nearby bus stops for easy access.

There will be live music entertainment each evening of the festival:

  • Wed 1st Oct: Bedford Ukelele
  • Thu 2nd Oct: Acoustopaea
  • Fri 3rd Oct: Who Stung Sting
  • Sat 4th Oct: Skimmington Ride

Sponsored, organised and run by volunteers from North Bedfordshire branch of CAMRA.
