Returning to Bedford Park after his triumphant 2016 headline slot, the legendary Tom Jones takes to the stage on Thursday July 4th. Tom’s career spans over 50 years and has sold over 100 million records, has had 36 top 40 hits, received an OBE in 1998 and was knighted in 2006. Tom has collaborated with artists such as the Stereophonics, the Cardigans, Robbie Williams, Van Morrison and Cerys Matthews. (FYI: It’s not unusual for Tom Jones to play in Bedford Park, he was also here in 2016.)
Ahead of Mr Jones’ performance, iconic British soul singer Beverley Knight, alongside the acclaimed band Stone Foundation, will be lighting up the stage. Beverley has captivated audiences worldwide with hits such as “Shoulda Woulda Coulda” and “Come as You Are”. With a career spanning decades, Knight’s soulful voice and electrifying performances have solidified her status as one of the UK’s most beloved soul treasures.
