The popular Christmas Exhibition at Eagle Gallery returns in 2024, showing a wide selection of work by gallery members. Featuring sculptures, ceramics, glassware, jewellery, textiles and photography, there is also a diverse collection of paintings in various media and genre. As always, there will be unframed original artworks in the browsers and a selection of greeting cards.

Special handmade Christmas tree decorations will be available for sale with all proceeds going to this year’s charity: Utange Celebration High School in Kenya.

The Christmas Exhibition will be open until Tuesday December 24th, Mondays to Saturdays from 10.30am-5pm and on Sundays from 11am-3pm.  All items will be on sale with the option to pay in cash or by card.

About the Eagle Gallery

The Eagle Gallery is a unique, artist-led gallery, run by a co-operative of up to 45 local artists. We provide an informal, accessible and friendly space to display original art works produced by our members.

They exhibit a wide range of work embracing ceramics, glass, jewellery, sculpture, printmaking, collage and photography, as well as painting in oils, watercolour, acrylics and other media. Exhibitions change frequently and there are eight solo or small group shows each year. Visitors have the opportunity to meet the artists, who can talk knowledgeably about what is on show. The Gallery is also a venue where the local community can become involved with art through the lectures, demonstrations and workshops on offer.
