Create Your Own Fossil at The Higgins Bedford

Head to The Higgins Bedford over the February half term and join a variety of creative activities inspired by Jurassic specimens shown as part of the Mary Anning Rocks display.

Today you will be able to create fossil-like shapes and patterns directly onto pebbles, stones and slate which have been found in the local area, using pastels and chalks, pens, charcoal, watercolour paints and mark making tools and more!

Sessions are at 11.15am, 12.45pm and 2.15pm.

Suitable for children aged 5-12 years. The workshop lasts for 1 hour and is charged at £5.50 per child.

Following up Creating Your Own Fossils will be Clay Workshops with Anne-Marie Abbate on Friday 21st February.
