Come and join the fun at Shuttleworth on Saturday 15th August for a truly special Proms-inspired event where music and aviation come together. As the sun sets, beautifully choreographed aerobatics take to the skies, set to live performances from the National Symphony Orchestra.
The programme features imaginative aircraft and music pairings that have become a highlight of the event, building on past favourites such as the Westland Lysander in Special Operations livery flying to the James Bond Theme, and the striking red DH.88 Comet accompanied by the music from E.T.
There’s plenty to enjoy before the flying begins. Take time to wander the Swiss Garden, explore the Collection of historic aircraft and vehicles, hop aboard a vintage bus, or visit Shuttleworth House.

All aircraft appearances are subject to weather and serviceability.
Due to the extended period of severe dry weather we’ve been experiencing, we have taken the decision to remove all pyrotechnics from the Flying Proms Air Show. Our fantastic pyrotechnic act, the Global Stars, will still be appearing but will use LED lights in the place of pyrotechnics during their performance.
