Head along to The Exec Club on Lurke Street on the first Wednesday of every month where the Men’s Monthly Club is held, removing the stigma surrounding men’s health. Enjoy FREE pool and FREE pizza in a friendly and welcoming environment.

The service the Men’s Monthly Club offers is unique and is free to access. There are individual one-to-one sessions both face-to-face and virtual, as well as group therapy sessions catered for all men’s mental health issues, from the younger generations through to the older.
