Join us for our very first Comedy Night at Shuttleworth House on Friday 9th January 2026. Featuring three fantastic acts from Mock the Week, QI and Channel 4’s Balls of Steel, you won’t want to miss this great night out.
Grab a drink, sit back and relax in the opulent setting of our Victorian mansion house, as you enjoy a good laugh!
Expect a mix of sharp wit and experience from three seasoned comedians:
- Keith Farnan – Described by Time Out as “brilliant, thought-provoking and laugh-out-loud funny.”
- Mark Dolan – Known as host of Channel 4’s Balls of Steel and Sky Movie’s Movie Geek. His performance at Shuttleworth promises a top-tier comedy night. The Independent calls him “Seriously funny.”
- Ben Norris – A seasoned pro since 1993, who has appeared on shows like Mock The Week and QI. Acclaimed for both his improvisation and crafted material; dubbed “a master of the craft” by GQ Magazine.

This is the very first comedy night held at Shuttleworth House – part of their new 2026 “Events & More” program expanding beyond classic air shows.
It blends a unique historic venue with high-quality comedy – a different vibe from typical comedy clubs. The mansion setting, bar, and intimate atmosphere make it more of a “night out” event than a standard gig.
Great if you enjoy a classy evening with drinks, laughs, and a chance to see seasoned comedians in a special location.
