The Military Air Show is one of the flagship events at the Shuttleworth Collection taking place on Saturday 29th August. Celebrating the service and history of military personnel on land, in the air, and at sea, this event combines spectacular flying displays with a host of interactive and family-friendly ground attractions, making it ideal for enthusiasts and visitors of all ages.
Explore an impressive collection of military vehicles, immersive re-enactments, and much more in the Military Camp. Get up close to air defence machinery and hear powerful first-hand stories from those who once operated and relied on this equipment.
Expect thrilling aerial performances throughout the day, including appearances by iconic military aircraft such as the Collection’s own Supermarine Spitfire and Westland Lysander along with other vintage aircraft from the Shuttleworth Collection. (All flying appearances are weather and serviceability dependent.)
