Purple Tuesday is a global social movement for improving the customer experience for disabled people and their families 365 days a year. It inspires organisations of all sectors to promote awareness, develop understanding, and implement solutions for better accessibility in their customer environments. The Purple Tuesday movement is highlighted each year by a celebratory day, a Tuesday of November, also known as Purple Tuesday.

The Purple Tuesday movement takes center stage each year in November. It serves as a celebratory day, promoting accessibility and inclusivity. In 2023, this impactful event reached an astounding 29.5 million people, garnered over 6,500 participating organisations and 7,000 commitments to improve. The movement received substantial media coverage with over 3,475 items across broadcast and print media. Purple Tuesday formed partnerships with 30 sponsors who actively contribute to the cause. Additionally, boasted a vibrant social media presence, with over 40,000 interactions and engagement on the day. The movement has also appointed 50 disabled customer ambassadors, further amplifying our reach and influence with a social community of more than 120,000 followers .
