A brand new event for Spiral Freerun! Their recently opened permanent, fully functional base of operations includes:
- 2 different rooms with a mixture of mobile equipment and fixed setups.
- Full strength and conditioning setup, including pulley rig, barbell, squat rack, dumbbells and more.
- In-house cafe.
- PS1, PS4 & Xbox One games consoles.
- In-house physiotherapy treament clinic (MTJ Clinic)
This FREE, invite only Halloween Jam showcases the mainstream parkour community within the UK about the team, what they do, and why they’re an excellent establishment to visit to level up your training. The Spiral Freerun setup can be customised, changed and altered in minutes, meaning specific skills/combos you have been trying to attain can become more easily reachable than ever before.
The expert team of coaches and athletes at Spiral Freerun will be present to show you around their facility and train alongside you as they shell out some bangers!
If you’re injured and just want to come down for the vibes, there are three different games consoles and widescreen HDTV’s for you to kick back, relax and have some fun whilst still being a part of the community.
With a maximum of 50 participants on the day, spaces for this FREE event will go fast so be sure to book your tickets quick!
