Bedford Borough residents can now register their vehicles online ahead of the new system starting on 1st October 2026. Bedford Borough Council is launching a new vehicle registration system for Barkers Lane Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC), designed to protect the service for local residents by reducing misuse by businesses and people from outside the borough.
