What is Pen & Cob Brasserie?
Pen & Cob is an art deco inspired brasserie and bar situated within the recently refurbished Bedford Swan Hotel. From the floor-to-ceiling windows you’ll have a picture-postcard view of the Great River Ouse, where rowers and wildlife race each other from one end of town to the other! With an inspiring drinks list, Pen & Cob has a fresh, vibrant and elegant feel, decorated with living-wall inspired prints, luxury fabrics and mosaic floors.
Pen & Cob Brasserie boasts an exclusive British menu and serves fresh, seasonal dishes throughout the day. Breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner menus are available, and every effort is made to ensure ingredients are sourced from local suppliers and those who are well-known for their quality.

Monday to Thursday 10am-11pm (food served until 9.30pm)
Friday and Saturday 10am-12 midnight (food served until 10pm)
