What is Relate?

Relate helps make the most of your couple and family relationships. We provide a range of services, such as relationship counselling for partners and individuals, sex therapy, family counselling, counselling for children and young people, and lots more. Relate also works together with partner organisations to raise national awareness of relationship issues. 

Relate has a network of centres across UK. The services provided by each centre varies and is based on the needs of local communities. There is a group of licensed local counsellors who provide face-to-face counselling and support. We also provide phone, email and live chat counselling so you can choose the support which works for you. In addition, our website features practical tips, guides and videos.
