Who are Bedfordshire Refugee and Asylum Seeker Support? 

BRASS is an established charity working to empower, inform, support and protect the rights of refugees and asylum seekers and their families. Our aim is to develop and enable their independence and involvement in UK society.

At BRASS we offer a range of services, including:

  • Drop-in Advice Surgery
  • Wellbeing support
  • English language classes
  • Women’s Social Group
  • Refugee Week
  • Welfare Cupboard
  • Coach Trips
  • Christmas Party

If you would like to join our volunteers we’d love to meet you. You will be given on-the-job training and support – no experience is necessary.

BRASS are a small charity and all donations, however big or small, are most gratefully received. You can send cheques to our address on Tavistock Street or phone us for bank transfer information.

Opening times (please check before making a special visit)

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am-2pm

Wednesday evenings 6:30pm-7:30pm
