What is IMPAKT Housing?
IMPAKT Housing & Support began life in 1986 as the YMCA, offering accommodation for up to 27 people in one hostel. In 2007, under the stewardship of a new CEO, IMPAKT Housing are now able accommodate up to 225 in their social housing across Bedfordshire. There are five centres in Bedford providing accommodation as well as Support Lodging. IMPAKT Housing is often the first port of call for young people aged 16-25 who find themselves homeless or leaving care.

IMPAKT Food

IMPAKT Food is a community larder. We stock a huge range of items, such as fresh food, long-life, dry and tinned food, as well as sanitary items. All of this is possible due to partnerships with our regular suppliers who come from a broad cross-section of supermarkets and other food agencies.
