Lead From Within is a one day retreat focused on helping professionals reset and reconnect with their strengths and values.
The day is guided by Louise Herriman, a leadership coach who has spent over ten years helping women find clarity and confidence without burning out. Louise is practical, straight-talking, and deeply invested in the people she works with. Before the retreat even begins, you’ll have a one-to-one coaching session with her so you can arrive ready and focused.
On the day itself, you’ll join a small group of women at The Grange near Bedford. There will be guided reflection, practical exercises, and space for honest conversation. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your strengths, an understanding of what lifts you up and what pulls you down, and tools you can use to keep yourself aligned in the months ahead.
