What is Mamma Concetta?
Mamma Concetta is an authentic wood fired pizzeria, trattoria and cafe situated on Harpur Street, Bedford. Mamma Concetta uses only San Marzano tomatoes and Fior Di Latte mozzarella. Their pizza dough is fermented for a minimum of 24 hours using the original mother dough recipe, making the dough effectively a sourdough which is light and airy. The perfect pizza combination!
