Miller & Carter is an elegant, informal and welcoming eatery who source, prepare and serve premium beef, and who proudly boast ‘The Masters of Steak’ award from the prestigious Craft Guild of Chefs.
For Miller & Carter beef is a passion and everything is put into pursuing the perfect steak! From the farmer’s field to the butcher’s block then on to the grill, only the finest, most flavoursome cuts make your plate.
Whatever your preferred cut – ribeye, fillet, sirloin or perhaps a chateaubriand for two – it’ll be as flavoursome and tender as the master butcher intended. All Miller & Carter prime British and Irish steaks are aged for a minimum of 30 days using wet and dry techniques for the optimum succulence.
