What is Oxfam Books & Music?
Oxfam Books & Music is a specialist charity shop that raises funds for Oxfam’s work globally.
The tiny store is jam packed with secondhand books. It’s the ideal place to pick up a novel to take on holiday or, if you’re a collector, you might discover a donation of special value. There are loads of children’s book here as well. Perfect for introducing your child to the wonder of reading or topping up the supply of an already avid reader!
Along with a wide selection of paperbacks, hardbacks, manuals and guides, there’s also a music department which sells sheet music, CDs, DVDs and records.
Do they sell any new items?
Yes! There’s a good selection of greeting cards and gift wrap. If you’re looking for a gift that will help others in need, check out their brilliant range fair-trade chocolate and seasonal products, such as diaries, calendars and Christmas cards.
