What is La Piazza?
Founded in 1986, La Piazza is a well-established, family-run cafe serving excellent coffee, hot and cold drinks, snacks, hot fresh street food, and delicious Italian pastries and delights.
It is truly a family affair, run by local celebrity Libby Lionetti and his son Joseph, who takes care of the drinks. The rest of the family, including Emilina and Luca, can sometimes be found helping out on busy days and holidays.
Situated by St Pauls Church in the market square, La Piazza is close to the river and the centre of Bedford. Perfect on a sunny day to watch the world go by.
